New Radio and Ham Shelf redo .... Kenwood TS2000

I was on my way home yesterday from dropping my wife off at a church retreat reunion and stopped by HRO. As I was looking around a radio I have been looking at for quite some time started calling me saying "buy me buy me" ... So a bit later a wallet a bit lighter I was the proud owner of a new Kenwood TS200 and a LDG KT-100 auto tuner. I know that I could have gone home and ordered the same stuff for cheaper off the Internet but I believe that HRO having their store in Phoenix for me to go in look at radios and play with them is worth me supporting them with my business. So far I am very impressed with the radio its abilities are far beyond the Yaesu FT857 ... I am in no way saying anything bad about my 857 but this Kenwood is something else.  I will do a better review of the radio after I get the hang of it.  My plans are to move the 857 to my Jeep and start doing mobile HF ...
